Virtual Office

Cadence OneFive is committed to promoting sustainable practices and minimizing its environmental impact. This policy aims to encourage employees to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors and contribute to the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Energy Conservation

Remote employees are encouraged to use energy-efficient practices in their home offices, such as turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use, as well as using power-saving modes on devices. Employees should also consider using natural light or energy-efficient lighting and appliances such as those with ENERGY STAR ratings, whenever possible.

Waste Reduction and Recycling

In their work for Cadence OneFive, Employees are encouraged to go paperless where possible and utilize our digital tools for work and communication. Employees should also make efforts to reduce waste by minimizing the use of disposable items, such as single-use plastics, and properly recycling materials whenever possible.

Due to the use of electronic equipment such as laptops, monitors and other peripherals, during our daily operations, we recognize the need of handling “e-waste” disposal in a responsible manner in line with global and local regulations, best practices and standards. As such, all employees will be provided with information related to e-waste disposal regulations, requirements and procedures that are relevant to their location of work. The Company expects that all employees will follow standards and procedures in alignment with the information provided to them related to e-waste disposal.

Responsibility
All employees are responsible for the proper disposal or recycling of any e-waste generated from company-provided electronic equipment or personal devices used for work purposes.

Disposal Methods
For personal devices used for work purposes, all employees are encouraged to utilize certified e-waste recycling facilities or programs in their local area for proper disposal. If you are replacing your laptop or computer and requesting reimbursement, we may require proof that the equipment was either recycled or disposed of with submission of the reimbursement request.

Data Security
Before disposing of any electronic equipment, employees must ensure that all company data and confidential information have been securely wiped or removed from the devices.
