Policy Questions / Discussions
Section titled “Policy Questions / Discussions”Non-confidential questions, suggestions, and discussions of HR policy can be posted in the #hr-public channel. Emails to the hr-public email address will also post to the channel. This channel is open to all Cadence OneFive team members.
Confidential HR Matters
Section titled “Confidential HR Matters”Confidential matters — including any HR-related questions where the reporter’s identity must remain private — should be sent to the hr-confidential email address.
All emails sent to the HR confidential inbox will be treated with the highest level of sensitivity, and only the designated HR team will have access.
If your confidential concern involves a member of the designated HR team, you may instead email either or both co-founders directly.
