  • Understand, hone, and extend the company values in alignment with our mission and needs
  • Help team members connect with our mission and values
  • Create and oversee the policies, programs, and tools that create a safe, transparent, and supportive environment for team members to engage in the creation and maintenance of our culture
  • Serve as the person at the table who is laser focused on our values and culture
  • Serve as a resource to team members in their self-guided professional growth
  • Provide practice-informed feedback and guidance
  • Connect team members with services, tools, trainings, and resources
  • Create and oversee the structured Sponsor and Mentor programs
